Welcome to our cosy Palm St hideaway. I’ve always dreamed of creating a space where intentional movement meets a calm, uplifting atmosphere and community truly comes first.
Built from a genuine passion for health, fitness, and all things Pilates, Palm St. is a boutique space designed to help you get stronger, feel incredible, and stay connected, both to your body and to those around you. Alongside our classes, we also love bringing people together through events and training that inspire and support you beyond the studio.
You’ll find me teaching across both the Reformer and Mat Studio, so I’m very much part of your experience here, whether you’re stepping into your first class or deepening your practice.

Hi, I’m Lucy. I am a Level 3 Mat Pilates Reformer instructor. I have been obsessed with Pilates for over 10 years, and it is so amazing to be able to teach so many lovely people. My classes contain mixtures of classical and dynamic feel-good movement, which are always packed with good vibes and plenty of upbeat energy. Expect sessions that challenge, strengthen, and leave you feeling amazing, all while keeping it super fun and welcoming for every level. And of course, we always wrap things up with the absolute highlight… feet in straps!

Yoga & Barre Instructor
Hi I’m Sophie and I am passionate about guiding people into a healing and grounded heart centred space through mindful movement and breath. I have been teaching yoga now for 10yrs. Before the yoga world I was a personal trainer & fitness instructor. I have always loved teaching classes, bringing people together in community as well as all things health and wellness.
My teaching style ebbs and flows between vinyasa yoga, yin yoga and also restorative yoga, the past 3yrs have been about softening into a slow mindful space, where students can rest and restore there nervous system and connect to themselves in heart coherence.
I aim to hold space with an open heart, gentle presence and grounded support. Hope to see and welcome you into the studio very soon.

Hi, I’m Jade. I come from a professional dance background and later stepped into the world of competitive fitness as a pro bikini athlete. For the past six years, I’ve been coaching full time in Bali, where movement became more than just training. It became a way to reconnect, reset, and return to myself.
My classes are motivating, intentional, and designed to push you in all the right ways. Expect glute growth, serious core control, classical reformer foundations, and a space where you can reconnect with yourself and your body. I want you to leave feeling worked, empowered, and excited to come back for more.

Hi, I’m Jess. I first found Pilates three and a half years ago as a way to rebuild my core and strength postpartum.
Coming from a weight-training background of over eight years, I’ve been humbled and continually inspired by the Pilates method. It is a beautiful form of movement that focuses on mind-to-muscle connection and finding your centre, and that’s exactly what you can expect from my classes: strengthening, sculpting, and intentional sequences designed to challenge your whole body in a supportive and encouraging environment. I am so excited to start moving with you at Palm Street Pilates.

Hi, I’m Abbie. I discovered Pilates several years ago and was immediately drawn to how it builds strength, control and confidence, both on and off the reformer.
My teaching style is energetic, encouraging, and all about helping you find your strength while having a good time.
In my sessions, you can expect creative flows, optional progressions, spicy challenges and some feel good stretches.
My goal is for you to leave feeling stronger, more energised and glad you took the time for yourself.

Hi, I’m Jennifer. I come from dance background and have been coaching as a PT and teaching Barre, Mat Pilates & Yoga for the last twelve years.
As someone who is hypermobile, I really noticed the difference in my strength and stability after starting reformer classes, so it felt like a natural progression qualifying as a reformer instructor last year.
I love both classical and contemporary Pilates exercises, so like to mix it up in my classes and maybe throw in a wildcard in between mobilising flows and muscle burning sequences.
My passion is to help you to create strength and mobility, and to enjoy moving so that you leave class feeling refreshed, restored and ready for whatever life has to offer.

Hi I’m Jessica and my journey into Pilates began through a love for running and the common challenge of knee issues. Seeking a way to build sustainable strength and move more efficiently, I discovered Reformer Pilates and was instantly drawn to how it challenges, strengthens and supports the body in equal measure.
My classes are fun, encouraging and empowering and designed to help clients feel confident and capable. I am passionate about making Pilates an essential part of an active lifestyle, ensuring every member leaves with a smile and that signature feel-good glow.

Barre has been my life for nearly 10 years, and with over 23 years in the fitness industry, my passion for movement runs deep. I don’t just teach barre, I live it, I breathe it, and I bring that energy into every single class.
If you’ve experienced it, you already know… there’s a little something special called the Oba Magic ✨ My goal is simple: to leave you feeling strong, uplifted, and on top of the world long after the class ends.

My teaching style is fun, friendly and welcoming to everyone, no dance background or flexibility required. My goal is for you to relax, enjoy yourself and leave feeling great. In barre, expect a full-body, high-intensity yet low-impact workout that challenges you without straining your joints, with a focus on legs, core, arms, glutes, and thighs. In yoga, we combine strength, flow, and breath to create an uplifting experience that stretches and lengthens the body while improving balance, coordination, and posture.
