Hi, I’m Abbie. I discovered Pilates several years ago and was immediately drawn to how it builds strength, control and confidence, both on and off the reformer.
My teaching style is energetic, encouraging, and all about helping you find your strength while having a good time.
In my sessions, you can expect creative flows, optional progressions, spicy challenges and some feel good stretches.
My goal is for you to leave feeling stronger, more energised and glad you took the time for yourself.

I discovered Pilates while living in London, where reformer classes quickly became the perfect antidote to long days at the office. I soon realised that the mind–body connection not only released tension but also enhanced my posture, running form, and flexibility through a focus on alignment and core strength. I was hooked! Wanting to deepen my knowledge and understanding I trained with Stott Pilates in London in 2018, qualifying in both mat and reformer. Since then, I’ve brought this expertise into every class, blending precision and alignment with a supportive, empowering style.
I love showing how the principles of Pilates can enrich every aspect of life — helping people move better, feel stronger, and discover confidence in their bodies

Hi, I’m Jade. I come from a professional dance background and later stepped into the world of competitive fitness as a pro bikini athlete. For the past six years, I’ve been coaching full time in Bali, where movement became more than just training. It became a way to reconnect, reset, and return to myself.
My classes are motivating, intentional, and designed to push you in all the right ways. Expect glute growth, serious core control, classical reformer foundations, and a space where you can reconnect with yourself and your body. I want you to leave feeling worked, empowered, and excited to come back for more.

Hi, I’m Jess. I first found Pilates three and a half years ago as a way to rebuild my core and strength postpartum.
Coming from a weight-training background of over eight years, I’ve been humbled and continually inspired by the Pilates method. It is a beautiful form of movement that focuses on mind-to-muscle connection and finding your centre, and that’s exactly what you can expect from my classes: strengthening, sculpting, and intentional sequences designed to challenge your whole body in a supportive and encouraging environment. I am so excited to start moving with you at Palm Street Pilates.

Hi, I’m Jennifer. I come from dance background and have been coaching as a PT and teaching Barre, Mat Pilates & Yoga for the last twelve years.
As someone who is hypermobile, I really noticed the difference in my strength and stability after starting reformer classes, so it felt like a natural progression qualifying as a reformer instructor last year.
I love both classical and contemporary Pilates exercises, so like to mix it up in my classes and maybe throw in a wildcard in between mobilising flows and muscle burning sequences.
My passion is to help you to create strength and mobility, and to enjoy moving so that you leave class feeling refreshed, restored and ready for whatever life has to offer.

Hi, I’m Lisa, a comprehensive Pilates instructor. I guide calm, connected classes designed to help you feel at home in your body while building strength and confidence. Together, we slow down, tune in, and breathe as we flow with intention.

Hi, I’m Lucy. I am a Level 3 Mat Pilates Reformer instructor. I have been obsessed with Pilates for over 10 years, and it is so amazing to be able to teach so many lovely people. My classes contain mixtures of classical and dynamic feel-good movement, which are always packed with good vibes and plenty of upbeat energy. Expect sessions that challenge, strengthen, and leave you feeling amazing, all while keeping it super fun and welcoming for every level. And of course, we always wrap things up with the absolute highlight… feet in straps!
